Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Orders over €20 ship free.

Order tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email once your parcel is on its way. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase it for you.

Delays, loss & damage in transit
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.

Customs & duties
Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to additional customs fees.
